We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, profile details (position, skills, achievements), and any media you upload. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate and improve Shuttle Career, display your profile to clubs and coaches, facilitate job applications and direct offers, and send relevant platform notifications.
3. Profile Visibility
Player and coach profiles are publicly visible by default to enable discovery by clubs and scouts. You may control your availability status from your dashboard. Club profiles are also publicly visible.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers solely to operate the platform. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. Membership & Payments
Registration is free for all users (players, coaches, and clubs). Players and coaches have access to all platform features — including profile creation, media uploads, job applications, and direct offers — at no cost, forever. Clubs can browse talent for free; to post jobs and send direct offers, clubs can subscribe to the Pro plan ($19/month) or purchase a Lifetime membership ($15, one-time, available as a launch promotion). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The first 30 clubs to register automatically receive a Lifetime membership at no cost. Paid memberships are non-refundable except where required by law. The platform is additionally supported by our sponsorship program.

7. No Guarantee of Employment
Shuttle Career does not guarantee that you will secure a job, contract, or offer through the platform. We are committed to providing the best possible service, tools, and visibility to support your career, but hiring decisions are made solely by clubs and organizations. Your profile data is used to maximize your exposure and opportunities, but outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.
