1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Shuttle Career, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Shuttle Career. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload false or misleading profile information, harass other users, attempt to circumvent platform features, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Membership Plans & Payments
Registration is free for all users. Players and coaches have access to all platform features at no cost, forever. Clubs can browse talent for free; to post jobs and send direct offers, clubs can subscribe to the Pro plan ($19/month) or purchase a Lifetime membership ($15, one-time, available as a launch promotion). Payments are processed by Stripe. The first 30 clubs to register automatically receive a Lifetime membership free of charge as part of our launch promotion. The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All paid memberships are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice; existing paid members retain their purchased plan for its duration.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant Shuttle Career a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shuttle Career is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed job opportunities or failed connections.
9. No Guarantee of Employment
Shuttle Career is a platform designed to connect players, coaches, and clubs, and to provide the tools and exposure needed to pursue career opportunities in sport. However, we do not guarantee that any user will secure a job, contract, or offer through the platform. Hiring decisions are made solely by clubs and organizations at their own discretion. We are committed to providing the best possible service, tools, and visibility to support your career, but success depends on many factors beyond our control.
